Tatsuko Ito

 A gifted musician, singer, pianist and composer, Tatsuko was born in Shizuoka, Japan and graduated in singing with Shiori Ishida at Musashino College of Music in Tokyo. She also studied the piano with Moto Sasaki and composition with Kouichi Uzaki.

Tatsuko has performed in Japan for more than 30 years. She has held an annual concert of her own compositions at the Oji Hall in Tokyo and has been collaborating with Kaneko Iwasaki (well-known actress) for a decade. She has released CDs of eTree Housef & eA Lullabyf. Doremi Publisher has published her eJapanese Folk Songsf, and also Chopin publisher has done her eAve Maria 11 Songsf. She has also composed a piano quintet eZoof, and an orchestral piece eArticle 9, the Japanese Constitutionf.

The main emphasis of her composition is to bring the beauty of the Japanese words to life. Tatsuko Ito is a member of The Japan Federation of Composers Inc.
